Prior to serving as LAS's Development Coordinator, Jennie Jones Scherbinski spent 7 years working for the California Condor Recovery Program at Pinnacles National Park. Join us as she shares the history and current status of the battle to save this iconic species. We will explore the threats that led to the decline in their population to a historic low of 22 individuals and the recovery efforts that have resulted in a condor population today of over 500 birds.
